So I’ve been having the worst string a lot lately but only when it comes to my job and I’m about to be fired and I don’t know what to do I keep being late I keep thinking I’m not supposed to work a certain day when I’m supposed to work I’ve been written up once I don’t know what to do
What sort of things have you already tried?
When I worked retail, I would try to always take a picture of the schedule and make a habit of checking it every day. I would set reminders on my phone calendar for the days I was supposed to work and what the shift was. That seemed to help me a lot.
Is there anyone that can help keep you accountable at work or home? Maybe having an accountability partner would help.
I’ve made a color code calendar in my phone and I’ve also made a calendar in my office and I’m trying to make a habit of checking it regularly I was just so busy Saturday I forgot to check it
I think that’s a great start!
To help build the habit of checking, maybe set an alarm every day for the same time to check it. Then eventually it will become habit for you!
